Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 28 Day Return And Exchanges Policy, which means the client must raise all return requests within 28 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact us via Email([email protected]) and state your reason for refund or exchange, and we will try our best to accommodate you. After this period, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Please Note: Diybobblehead Store reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the return requirement. We will send rejected items back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

If you are interested in a different color or size, we suggest purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item. However, if clients are not satisfied with an order for a personal reason, in that case, the actual shipping fee and return shipping costs are not refundable. All consequent costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If customers receive the wrong item, product damage, etc., the customer needs to pre-pay the return shipping fee. Please contact customer service via Email to ensure we have all of your payment voucher information. The shipping fee will return back to through your PayPal account.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 

Final Sale Merchandise Policy

All items purchased as “FINAL SALE,” including gift cards, gifts with purchase, or discounted merchandise, cannot be returned, exchanged, or credit, without exception.

Additionally, all customized or modified items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

Duties & Taxes

Customs and Duties are to be paid at the time of clearance once the item reaches the destination country. The customer is liable to pay the Customs/Duties levied during the clearance process and provide any additional documents requested by the Customs Officials. Therefore, any amount of compensation for shipping costs or tariffs cannot be higher than the purchase price of the goods. We suggest that you seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the applicable Customs Duties & Taxes in your country.

Requirements for returns or exchanges:

•    Please Email us before you do return and exchange.

•    Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.

•    Your item must be unworn—no signs of wear or damage. Please do not wash it.

•    Keep original packaging in the same condition as when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.

•    An email to [email protected] with the original receipt and return tracking number

•    The item must be in its original state – no signs of wear, wash, or damage.

•    The item must be in original packaging with all tags.

Diybobblehead Store doesn’t accept return or exchange when the pieces:

•    Non-returnable items are Final Sale items that do not qualify for returns and exchanges.

•    Worn items or items damaged due to normal wear.

•    No original packaging.

Refund

Please follow the steps in the Email we send to you to return and exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will email you that we have received your returned item. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. The refund usually can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment account. The processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.

If your refund is within the original order price amount, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. If your refund amount is more than the actual order price amount, please provide your Paypal account info for your refund. Please be patient as it can sometimes take several days.

On the rare occasion that if you haven’t received a refund yet:

•    Please first recheck your financial institution account.

•    Then contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Credit Policy: We are committed to exceeding customer expectations. Therefore, if we receive a returned item, we will provide a one-time store credit valued at 130% of your original purchase value. Note that any subsequent items produced by the same customer will receive only the item’s actual value in credits.
